Gary Summers, PhD, is President and Founder of Pipeline Physics, a consulting boutique that specializes in project portfolio management (PPM) and the management of pharmaceutical pipelines. His leading-edge ideas arise from multi-disciplinary research on the impact of uncertainty on business processes and decision-making. Prior to founding Pipeline Physics, Dr. Summers was a professor at Portland State University and a post-doc at Oregon Graduate Institute.
