Gail Adinamis is founder and CEO of GlobalCare Clinical Trials, Ltd, a global niche patient-centric service provider to companies engaged in all phases of product development. GlobalCare conducts selected clinical study visits in the home or alternate setting resulting in faster patient recruitment, better compliance and higher retention rates, and helping to expedite time-to-market for life-enhancing products.

Ms. Adinamis has over 30 years of comprehensive global clinical trials experience including over 12 years of clinical trials management at Abbott Laboratories and Astellas Pharma US. She founded the business model for centrally managed home healthcare services for clinical trials in 1992 and established the clinical trials divisions for three national home infusion companies and served as president of those wholly-owned subsidiaries. She subsequently founded and was President and CEO of Clinical Resource Network, Inc., an independent ambulant care service company for clinical trials which was later sold to venture capital.

Ms. Adinamis is active in many business and industry associations. She is a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization, International Women’s Leadership Association, National Association of Professional Women, DIA, ACRP, and the Healthcare Business Women’s Association and has been an invited speaker at several industry conferences and recipient of numerous awards and recognitions including twice being among INC 5000’s fastest growing private companies in the United States.
